We ship all across Australia!
📍 We currently offer shipping to all residential and commercial postal addresses within Australia.
🚫 Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time.
🧁 Cupcakes & Crinkles are available for Perth metro delivery only — they’re a little too delicate to ship.
🍪 All other goodies — including hand-decorated sugar cookies, chunky cookies, and blondies — are carefully packed and sent via Australia Post Express to arrive fresh and fast.
📦Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. -
📅 To receive your order in the upcoming Monday batch, please place your order by Friday, 11:59 PM AWST (Perth time).
⏳ Orders placed after this cut-off will be baked and shipped the following Monday.
🚫 If Monday falls on a public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next available business day.

📦 All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express on Mondays only.
🚚 This helps ensure your goodies arrive fresh and before the weekend.
📬 You can expect to receive your order within 1–3+ business days after dispatch.

⏱ Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only and may be affected by weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. -
No worries — a signature isn’t required! If you're not home, Australia Post will leave your package in a safe spot at your address.
To keep your treats fresh, we heat seal each item inside the box — but just a heads-up:
✅ Chunky cookies, crinkles, and blondies are heat sealed.
⚠️ Custom bakes may or may not be heat sealed, depending on your preferences and order requirements — so we recommend keeping an eye out for delivery if you're expecting something extra special.📦 Tracking notifications are sent directly to the recipient, so you’ll know exactly when your goodies are on their way!
Either way, everything is packed with care and protected from the elements — ready to enjoy when you are.

💬 We’ll always do our best to help — but once your order is being prepared, packed, or has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or make changes.
📦 For unshipped orders, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellation requests will be assessed based on our Refund Policy and the production status of your goodies.
✅ Please double-check your delivery address and order details before checking out. Once your items are packed or in transit, we’re unable to make updates or issue refunds for incorrect addresses or order errors.

🍫 Our blondies are best enjoyed at room temperature or slightly warmed up (a quick 10–15 seconds in the microwave works wonders!).
To store:
🔒 Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days (heat-sealed: 7 days).
❄️ For longer storage, pop them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months. Just let them come to room temp or give them a quick warm-up before serving.😋 Soft, chewy, and delicious — just how they’re meant to be!

🔥 Enjoying them right away?
Our cookies are at their gooey best when warm.
– Microwave for 10–15 seconds, or
– Pop into a 150°C fan-forced oven for 2–4 minutes until perfectly soft.❄️ Saving them for later?
Tuck them into an airtight container (or keep them snug in their heat-sealed bags) the same day you get them.
– Freeze straight away to keep fresh for up to 2 months.
– When you’re ready, reheat from frozen: 180°C fan-forced oven, 11–13 minutes until warm and irresistible.🏠 Keeping them at room temp?
Every chunky cookie is made fresh and heat-sealed to lock in that just-baked goodness.
They’ll stay at their best for up to 2 weeks, though texture and flavour may start to change after that.
For peak deliciousness, keep them in their heat-sealed bags or store airtight, and enjoy within 5 days of opening.🍪 Chunky, chewy, unforgettable — just the way cookies should be.

Crinkle cookies are best served at room temperature — that’s when they’re at their fudgiest and most flavorful.
To store:
🔒 Room temp: up to 1 week (heat-sealed: 2 weeks)
❄️ Fridge: up to 2 weeks (heat-sealed: 3 weeks)
🧊 Freezer: up to 2 months (consume within 2 days once thawed).✨Keep them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Heat-sealed bags stay fresh for 3–4 weeks. That crackly top and soft centre? Still just as dreamy.
