🍪 All other goodies — including hand-decorated sugar cookies, chunky cookies, and blondies — are carefully packed and sent via Australia Post Express to arrive fresh and fast.

📅 To receive your order in the upcoming Monday batch, please place your order by Friday, 11:59 PM AWST (Perth time).

⏳ Orders placed after this cut-off will be baked and shipped the following Monday.

🚫 If Monday falls on a public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next available business day.

📦 All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express on Mondays only.
🚚 This helps ensure your goodies arrive fresh and before the weekend.

No worries — a signature isn’t required! If you're not home, Australia Post will leave your package in a safe spot at your address.

To keep your treats fresh, we heat seal each item inside the box — but just a heads-up:

✅ Chunky cookies, crinkles, and blondies are heat sealed.
⚠️ Custom bakes may or may not be heat sealed, depending on your preferences and order requirements — so we recommend keeping an eye out for delivery if you're expecting something extra special.

📦 Tracking notifications are sent directly to the recipient, so you’ll know exactly when your goodies are on their way!

Either way, everything is packed with care and protected from the elements — ready to enjoy when you are.

💬 We’ll always do our best to help — but once your order is being prepared, packed, or has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or make changes.

📦 For unshipped orders, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellation requests will be assessed based on our Refund Policy and the production status of your goodies.
